Who We Are & Why We Do It
In a world that seems like it’s in a downward spiral there is a need for hope.
Hope that this negativity is not all there is.
We are a group of caring individuals that want to bring clarity, lift spirits and do more.
We feel there is a need to promote the positive. To reward those, who in times of seeming disaster, still manage to help others. We feel that they should be rewarded and acknowledged thus promoting more good deeds. Like “Paying it Forward” or “generalized reciprocity”.
It is our hope that bringing awareness to the positive actions of others will cause a trigger effect.
The reality is that things have been going wrong for a very long time, people have been starving, children beaten, animals tortured, the list goes on. Turning a blind eye does not make it go away, it keeps it protected in secret. By not being a part of the solution you are inadvertantly a supporter of the problem. The recession only reminds us that trouble is now happening closer to home.
This is a call to action, no deed is too small. It is simple, even a smile passed on can change a person’s course of action and all others they come in contact with.
Feel free to give us your stories, nominate a good samaritan or cause, and share ideas on how to promote positive actions. We also take donations that will be carefully dispersed according to need or request either anonymously or with follow up provided.
